We set very high standards for the quality of the service we provide and our teams are recruited first and foremost on personality and passion in delivering first class customer service, combined with a level of dedication and experience that we believe is unrivalled.
Our management team has between them, over 30 years of experience, which is complemented by our Head Chef, Jakub Prijak. Jakub heads up a highly skilled and innovative kitchen team which prides itself on using only the finest of ingredients – often sourced directly from the Hatton Estate. Our chefs truly love the food that they work with, clearly evident in providing the inspiration for many of the choices on our menu.
We are a small team but big on personality – each team member focused on ensuring that all our guests have an experience that we are sure will not fail to impress.
