Our aim is to be Warwickshire’s favourite pub and we strive to ensure that we give every guest a compelling reason to return.
We set very high standards for the quality of the service we provide and our teams are recruited first and foremost on personality and passion in delivering first class customer service, combined with a level of dedication and experience that we believe is unrivalled.
Our management team has between them, over 30 years of experience, which is complemented by our Head Chef, Lee Moss. Lee heads up a highly skilled and innovative kitchen team which prides itself on using only the finest of ingredients – often sourced directly from the Hatton Estate. Our chefs truly love the food that they work with, clearly evident in providing the inspiration for many of the choices on our menu.
We are a small team but big on personality – each team member focused on ensuring that all our guests have an experience that we are sure will not fail to impress.

I have been at the Hatton Arms for three years now and have gained experience across restaurants up and down the country. I am particularly passionate about providing great food from local ingredients.Lee Moss
Having been at the Hatton Arms for 2 years now, I work alongside Lee in developing our menus, each time creating new and exciting dishes. I also lead the kitchen team to deliver these dishes to our customers.Ryan Power

I joined the Hatton Arms in November 2013 as a waiter and now hold the position of Restaurant Manager. During my time I have continued to develop and build our restaurant team to deliver exceptional standards of service.Fabio Marques
Like Steph, I have been here since opening and joined originally as a waiter and recently took on the role of Duty Supervisor.
I have a great flair and passion for customer service and develop this with the rest of the team
Starting life at the Hatton Arms as a bartender back in 2013, I am now Bar Manager and so I ensure all of our beers, wines and ales are of the highest quality.
I also continue to develop our drinks portfolio on a very regular basis.
Working with the team at the Hatton Arms since its opening I have a wealth of knowledge on real ales. Reviewing and improving our drinks portfolio is something I thoroughly enjoy and I work with the team to ensure the highest levels of service.Elliot Hedgley
