We are re-opening!

We are excited to announce that we are re-opening gradually this Saturday, 4th July. We have missed you and cannot wait to welcome you back to the pub!

Our utmost priority is to ensure the safety of our guests and our team and we have been busy putting all the necessary measures in place. After speaking to local authorities about our procedures they are 100% happy that we can continue to provide a high standard of service safely.

What our offer is this weekend…

Wine & Dine Inside

You must book online to dine inside, so we can ‘track and trace’ in accordance with Government Guidelines. In addition to this anyone wishing to book for drinking inside will need to book by phone. Contact details will also be required.

We are restricting the bookings for lunch and dinner this weekend to 12-3 and 6-9 pm on Saturday; 12-6 pm Sunday.

Tables will be allocated for 1 hour and 30 minutes only.

What to expect inside…

  • Party sizes are limited to no more than 6. There will be no bar service, all food and drink orders will be taken at the table. To help us find our feet in this new world, we are starting with reduced food and drinks menus – don’t worry though, all the favourites will be on it!
  • Please arrive promptly at your booking time in order that we can maintain social distancing to and from your table
  • Sanitiser stations and signage throughout the building will be provided but please do adhere to Government Guidelines on social distancing, hygiene etc
  • Please do keep your eye on our website and Facebook as at the current times, rule changes are frequent! And please do give us a call if you have any queries.

Garden Bar & BBQ

Please be aware these are weather dependent but please assume that they will be open unless otherwise stated on the Homepage of our website.

Booking will not be necessary, but to ensure the safety of all our guests and team, total numbers may need to be restricted, and thus access will have to be at our discretion.

Please also note that whilst guests in the Garden cannot be accommodated inside the pub, toilets with direct access to the Garden are available and, if there is room inside, we may be able to enable access if the weather turns, subject to contact details being provided.

Our Team

We will be as much as possible working in shift families to minimise contact. Temperature checks will be taken daily. Face coverings are provided to team members who wish to wear them but it is at their option – there is no legal requirement.

We politely ask that all guests are mindful and respectful of our team and other guests; should you or anyone in your household develop any key symptoms of Covid-19, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking.

Your safety and enjoyment is at the forefront of our minds. We look forward to serving you soon.
